Yesterday was certainly a lucky day for me! Mom G took me out to breakfast for driving her to a clinic. It was great! I bet the last time, (aside from being on a cruise ship) that I went out to breakfast was probably about 3-4 years ago. Billy and I went to that really popular place in Cottam, oh, right, it's the only place in Cottam... Anyway, it was terrible. All around bad. Since then, Billy has been anti-breakfast.
Last night Billy and I went to the Keg with Mom G. She wanted to take us out for painting her house. The dinner was fantastic! The best I've ever had there, and that says a lot! We've been trying to buy the Keg's horserashish for a while now, and our server sold us a kid's cup full for $5. This stuff is unbelievably hot. I mean super hot horseradish does not even compare to this stuff. I've looked it up online, and apparently they don't sell retail, so we may have to purchase a 50 gallon drum of it...
So today, I'm waiting for Staples to deliver 'Windows Vista'. I'm quite excited. I was going to download it last night, but apparently that option is not available to us lowly Canadians. Oh well, the download time was 14 hours anyways...
I have to go to the bank to pay GST. Nothing like waiting until the last minute. Actually I quite forgot about it. I hate paying GST!
Speaking of bills, I have to call PF to see if he paid the taxes and property owner fees for Tennessee. I don't know if it can be done by money order. I may have to make a run down there... Hmm, I'll have to think about that...
We have volleyball tonight, and we are hometeam again! Three out of three seasons this year! Ugh! How annoying! At least we have a decent gym... Only 2 more months of volleyball, then golf starts! Oh yeah! I can't wait!
I'm about 3/4 of the way through 'Sons and Lovers' by DH Lawrence. It's pretty good. I want to reach into the novel and strangle the mother sometimes. It's a pretty slow read.
Well, I should get started defragging the pute and etc. in preparation of Vista. Have a great day!
