If you know me, (on any level, really) you may know that I love a good list. I list just about everything. A great book if you're bored is The Book of Lists, (I have the 1974 edition at the house in Tennessee, always a great conversations starter, lists may include: most deaths ordered by a dictator, famous women that have had abortions, most frequently lines used to avoid a traffic ticket, etc...)
So anyways, I thought I would list some little known factoids about me. Here goes, (remember these are just off the top of my head, if I have to think I'll quit)
- I hate parsnips, liver, caviar and sushi, but will try anything, have not tried oysters, but they look disgusting
- In the last few years I have come to love extra double butter on movie popcorn
- The first time I rode a two wheeler, it had no seat
- I enjoy cleaning the cooktop on our stove, shiny clean!
- I rarely get sick, although Billy would argue with that...
- I know a lot about aromatherapy and use it everyday
- The best essay I ever wrote was in 4th year University and was about the Klondike goldrush
- I failed the second part on my first year Anthropology class - I never bought the text book, wrote the midterm, or attended more than 2 classes - I still wake up worried that I'll fail that class... hahaha
- I love my new camera
- I'm not a big phone talker
- I still love reruns of Seinfeld
- Raw chicken grosses me out almost enough to become a vegetarian, don't get me started on veal or slaughterhouses
- The best book I ever read was Gone With The Wind
- The guy who played Rhett Butler in the movie, Clark Gable is one of the most unattractive men I've ever seen, and the words 'icky elf'' pops into my head
- Christopher Plummer in the Sound of Music is the dreamiest man ever! (I know that's weird)
- I'll read anything that involves a mystery about - doctors, lawyers, CIA, FBI, ATF, KGB, you get the point
- The hardest book I've ever had to read dealt with the Enlightenment period in Western Europe
- My favorite video game is SSX Tricky for playstation, my character snowboarder is Elise
- I've never snowboarded, and suck at, and therefore abhor skiing
- I can't spell receive, receipt and definitely without spellchecker correcting me
- I hate, I mean hate Ray Romano's voice and therefore have not seen more than 10 seconds of Everybody Loves Raymond, but I did see Ice Age 1 & 2, and his voice did bother me, but not as much as I thought.
- I wish we had a new couch and love seat
- I love it when Billy touches my hair, unless it's dirty
That's it, I paused and started to think - that's no good! So I should finish by saying that I did complete my GST and income tax. Of course I still have to send it to be calculated, I'm not that ambitious. I like being done early so I can add anything that I may come across in the next month or so.
It's going to be a great week-end, I hope y'all have a good one!
Billy just told me that the Team Canadian Juniors won the Gold againt Russia this afternoon - Way to go boys! (Hockey by the way... they beat out the US a couple of days ago, barely)
