Kick

Throughout my life, I've regularly gone on 'kicks'

My current kick, oddly enough, is eggs. I think I've eaten 10 eggs in the last 7 days. I may have a couple today. Yum.

I really am not concerned about the cholesterol aspect of my latest kick for a few reasons, A) it's good cholesterol, and B) this kick will probably not last long enough to affect my overall health in general anyways....

Some of you may know that I grew up on an egg farm, well actually chicken, I guess. I went to conventions with my parents and saw giant eggs roaming the hotel lobbies, had a closet shelf full of 'get cracking' hats and t-shirts, and pretty much 1/2 km of our farm smelled pretty bad.

So, anyway, here's something you might not know... growing up I never ate eggs. Hahaha, because we were so sick of them right? Actually no, I was never tired of them, because we never had them. I do not recall ever having eggs of any kind prepared for me aside from some hard boiled ones on Easter. So that is that.

Other food kicks I had in the past were:
Perogies (great kick, problem is keeping and having sour creme)
Chef Boyardee (I was very poor, living with PF and sometimes I would eat it cold, I shudder now thinking about it...)
Grilled cheese sandwiches with Cheez Whiz (problem keeping bread in the house)

Tonight Billy has golf, so I think I'll make myself a nice Chicken Parmesan with garlic bread for dinner. This was one of my favorite foods until I had food poisoning from it in Vegas on our honeymoon. Damn you Palms! It took me a good 4 years before I could even look at it, and now I'm over my 'taste aversion learned' thoughts. I'm hungry.
