I don't remember better weather for Labour Day week-end. Sunny, little wind and in the 80's. It doesn't get much better than this!
We golfed in the Club Championship this week-end and it was so much fun! I ended up meeting lots of new women and finally learning the names of some I see regularly. I golfed pretty good for me, with a two day total 2 under my handicap. Billy wasn't happy at all with his score, but I know that he had fun and met a couple of great guys.
The winners marched in a procession behind a bagpiper. Awkward! How did that tradition start? The club is only like 19 years old! Anyways, it was a great week-end, and lots of fun.
Today we're golfing at Beach Grove (sometimes I feel like all I blog about is golf, that has to be annoying to some of you... sorry about that). I hear that it is a good course for women because it is short and not too tough. That will be a welcome break from SC! I hope that we have a good time and score well.
I'm hoping this morning to see my friend's new house! Very exciting indeed! I'm going to head out to K'ville and hope for the best.
