The good life

Last night we golfed with K&J, and although I took an 11 on a par 4, it was a good night, and a lot of fun.

Today is the start of the club championship, and Billy teed off at 9:20 (I dropped him off, his truck has a flat...) and I tee off at 12:30. I'm golfing with someone I know, so that's a good thing. Hopefully I'll make it to tomorrow's round, (there aren't too many women golfing, but if the donkey in me comes out, I may be in trouble...). The weather this week-end is amazing! Monday we're comp'ed to play Beach Grove, which is cool because neither Billy nor I have ever played there, and also cool because it's free. Free is good.

I can't believe it is already Labour Day week-end! In September I'm going back to the gym, and I'm going to look into getting a job for the Christmas season.

Our yard has never looked better (helped by the 5 inches of rain we had in August), and everything around here is good. Life's good!
