Two funny pics

I have learned to keep my camera handy while traveling. Here is a picture I took in Kentucky on 1-75 coming into Cincinnati, Ohio. This was the fastest part of the morning rush hour I was stuck in.
This is a picture of 'Butter Jesus' (aka 'Touch Down Jesus') it is a HUGE statue-type structure emerging from a small lake in front a HUGE church in Ohio, near Dayton. It looks like this Jesus was carved from butter, (not my original thought, there is actually a song about this thing) Very strange. Next to Trader's World, a huge flea market, in case you're interested... Only in America...

That's all for now.

have to Love the religious right of the U.S. Now what was it that the bible said about graven images? Something about worshipping no other God before me, blah, blah, blah. Interesting that it is the people that believe themselves to be the "most" religious to create something like that. The sheer excess of it alone has to fall under one of the seven deadly sins, doesn't it?
